We have renovated this brick three-story schoolhouse, formerly
known as The Northside School, into a comfortable, charming
9 room bed and breakfast, including a heated outdoor swimming
pool, captivating gardens and a wheelchair entrance and elevator .
Built in 1912, it served as a school for decades, then was
renovated into a private home in 1992.
In the hands of the newest owners, Gene and Ruth Perry, it
once again will serve for public use, something in which they felt
was only proper for the unique building as Ruth has fond
memories and pictures of attending 1st grade in it.
